Our property, located in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, in southern Ardèche, has been built around a tower known as Lou Visetto, a term in the Ardèche dialect that means the little tower. Lou Visetto, the little tower, was built with rounded stones from the river. Here, on the boundary between Les Cévennes and county Gard, you can enjoy peace and quiet, and refreshing weather in our beautiful green setting.
Lou Visetto can house up to 15 persons, in 5 separate furnished rentals for 2 to 5 persons. Our self-catering units and our guest rooms are air-conditioned. Each has its own private bathroom, and they have outdoor decks with outdoor furniture. We have a camper van reception area with space and year-long electricity for 4 camper vans. Dogs and other pets are welcome.
Lou Visetto stands on a wide stretch of fenced-in, landscaped land. In addition to our self-catering units and our guest rooms, we offer many amenities for our residents, including beautiful shady grounds, a playground, bocce-ball playing area, heated swimming pool in season, outdoor kitchen, secured carpark with electric bollard, etc.
Many different fun activities can be enjoyed in Ardèche in general and in the Vallon-Pont-d'Arc area in particular. The area is great for hiking and swimming, for canoeing, for visiting beautiful traditional villages, for spelunking and for visiting caves including the Grotte Chauvet cave. Sports lovers can go mountain-biking, rock-climbing, canyoning, among other sports.
Lou Visetto is open all year long, in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, in southern Ardèche.
